Fox Hollow is professionally managed by Great North Property Management. Mike Martinez is the property manager for Fox Hollow.  Mr. Martinez has worked in real estate management since 1986, previously serving at Prose Management directing the Property Management Department. Mr. Martinez serves on the Board of Directors for the Front Door Agency in Nashua, NH and sits on the Investment Committee at the United Way. Mr. Martinez is a graduate of Plymouth State College and resides in Merrimack with his wife and two children.

The Fox Hollow Condominium Association Board of Directors is comprised of five homeowners elected by the membership to conduct the business of the Association and make decisions that are in the best interest of the community.
